 Customized Massage Intuitively

A guided session fusing various massage techniques for optimal bodywork for each guest’s needs. Intentional strokes identify and unwind holding patterns in the body. A perfect combination of Eastern and Western techniques, combined with light energy work make this the perfect choice to peel back layers of tension and effectively change the relationship of muscles, glands, circulation and nerves.

Deep Tissue

Used for more significant problems, such as chronically tight muscles, strains, and injury.  The therapist targets the deeper levels of the muscles and the connective tissue to promote healing and recovery.

Swedish

This type of massage targets muscles, glands, circulation, and nerves to relax and produce various health benefits.

Pre Sports and Recovery Massage

Sports massage is a targeted form of massage for athletes, typically given before, during and after events. It helps to relieve swelling, reduce tension, improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and reduce fatigue with the goal to improve the athlete’s performance.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy used to treat deep muscular tension, somatic dysfunction, and pain by relaxing the fascia (the fibrous bands around muscles, ligaments, and tendons).

Prenatal Massage

Focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.

Reflexology

Reflexology is another massage based on acupressure concepts, but it focuses solely on the hands and feet. Its basis is the belief that the life’s energy and meridians correspond to points on the hands and feet, so by massaging these areas, you can increase the flow around the body and reduce complaints.

Aromatherapy

The therapist chooses essential oils based upon the needs of the client to relieve stress or help with other conditions. Some oils may be applied to the skin to further enhance healing.

Hot Stones

Incorporates the use of hot stones as a way to warm and loosen the tight muscles to facilitate the massage.

Couples Massage

Enjoy a therapeutic massage alongside your loved one! Couples massage is a great way to introduce someone to massage, or to celebrate an occasion. All massage types and pressures available. Price is simply doubled.
